Furnico Furniture Warranty Policy
1. Duration & Scope of Warranty
Coverage Period:
All items purchased from Furnico Furniture are protected by a standard one-year warranty, starting from the delivery date. Please note that sample items, products sold at a discount due to defects, and clearance inventory are warranted for six months only (refer to Section 4).
What Is Covered:
This warranty applies to operational and material flaws resulting from manufacturing or material defects. Examples include structural breakage, malfunction of components, and peeling or cracking of surface finishes.
What Is Not Covered:
- Damage from regular use, such as gradual fading of fabrics or natural aging of leather.
- Issues caused by incorrect usage, unapproved alterations, or repairs performed by non-authorized personnel.
- Products that have been used in commercial settings, as display models, resold, or previously refurbished.
- Damage caused by external factors including extreme temperatures, moisture, prolonged sunlight, or accidents such as fire or flooding.
2. How to Make a Claim
① Report promptly:
Please notify our customer service team within seven days of identifying a potential defect.
② Provide documentation:
To process your claim, we will need:
- Valid proof of purchase (order number and date must be visible)
- Your full name, shipping address, and contact information
- Product name/model, detailed explanation of the issue, and supporting images or videos
③ Assessment process:
- We will acknowledge your claim within one business day and may arrange an inspection.
- An expert technician will either evaluate the product on-site or request that it be shipped to an authorized service center.
3. Resolution Options
Based on the inspection, one of the following actions will be taken:
- Repair: We will fix the defect using original parts wherever possible.
- Replacement: You will receive a new product of the same or similar model and value.
- Refund or Store Credit: If the product cannot be repaired or is no longer available, a refund or voucher will be issued upon return of the original item.
Partial Refund:
In cases where a defect is minor and you wish to keep the product, a partial refund may be provided subject to mutual agreement and the extent of the issue.
4. General Conditions
- Any repair or modification performed by a non-authorised technician will invalidate this warranty.
- This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance, commercial use, or incorrect handling and transport is not covered.
- Samples, discounted defective products, and clearance goods are protected under a limited six-month warranty.
