At Furnico Furniture, we are committed to making designer furniture accessible and affordable. To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, we partner with trusted shipping providers and offer flexible options tailored to your needs.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Australia. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Shipping Options
We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard Delivery:
Your order will be delivered by our logistics partners. This service includes ground-floor delivery only. Delivery to higher floors may incur additional charges. Please inspect your items upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours. -
White Glove Service:
For an enhanced experience, our team will deliver, unpack, assemble, and position your furniture in the desired room. Packaging materials will be removed afterward. This service may involve an extra fee and is subject to availability. -
Warehouse Pickup:
You may collect your order from our warehouse at LJ20/21 39 Jones St, Ultimo NSW 2007. We will notify you once your order is ready. Items must be picked up within 14 days.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 business days.
- Made-to-order products have variable lead times.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with estimated shipping dates.
- Once shipped, a tracking email will be sent containing carrier and tracking details.
- Standard delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after dispatch.

5. Additional Notes
- Combined orders will be delivered together unless phased delivery is requested (additional cost may apply).
- Orders placed after 5 PM (AEST) will be processed the next business day.
- Remote area deliveries may incur extra charges. We will contact you prior to proceeding or canceling if needed.
- A signature is required upon delivery. You may opt to have your order sent to an office address or a trusted recipient.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
